People
We want Camelot to be a place where our people can thrive – with a diverse and inclusive workforce who feel proud about the work they do, valued in their roles and engaged to be their best.
We want to be representative of the whole of the UK in how we operate The National Lottery. Just as National Lottery players are from diverse backgrounds and communities, so are our employees. We value a culture that embraces difference, and enables people to be themselves and to participate fully.
Whatever their age, ability or disability, sex, racial/ethnic background, religion or culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or parental status, our people are critical to our success – so it’s important that we continue to make further progress as an inclusive and supportive employer.
Board and Executive Team
Our Board currently comprises nine members: the Chairman and Deputy Chairman, three further independent Non-Executive Directors, two Non-Executive Directors (officers of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan) and two Executive Directors (the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer).
Our Executive Team, led by our Chief Executive Officer, maintains management responsibility for Camelot's day-to-day operations, and the implementation of our strategies and policies, as we seek to raise as much money as possible for Good Causes through our operation of The National Lottery.
