Our Transformation team facilitates the creation of Camelot's roadmap of change and delivers those programmes and projects through our ISO Certified, best in class Change Management Framework, using various KPIs to measure success and continually improve processes and procedures; their primary KPIs are delivering to time, quality and budget.

They work with the business, technology and third parties to successfully progress projects from initial idea through to launch and benefits realisation. They manage a wide range of projects including development of new digital functionality, changes to our games, implementation of new distribution channels, IT system replacements and upgrades and a range of regulatory, compliance and healthy play initiatives.
