Recruitment during Covid
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we do things around here, and our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of our people.
These are some of the adjustments we’ve made:
- All of our sites are COVID-Secure and are safe for people to work from
- Most of our people are working from home at the moment, and we make sure everyone is set up for success in their home workspaces
- We’re constantly reviewing our adjustments to follow the latest government guidance
- We’re set up to conduct interviews and run the recruitment process virtually
- If you’re successful, your work kit will be delivered straight to your home and we’ll do your Day 1 onboarding virtually
- We are constantly reviewing our ways of working during this time, and we build our plans through the feedback of our people - so if you join us, we’ll be checking in regularly!
